Whether you’re a writer or a welder, you’ve faced trauma, loss, grief, bullying, body shaming, or self-imposed obstacles towards your most badass life. I’m not here to tell you how to fix those things. I’m here to remind you that going through them is a part of this whole being alive deal. I joyously believe that we all have a story to share, and when I say joyously, I mean scream-it-from-the-rooftops-let-my-mama-hear-it kind of joy. Our stories aren’t always happy; in fact, they’re ridiculously messy, for the most part. But they’re still ours.
I also believe it’s the corner piece of our life purpose to let the world in on our stories, and that’s what I’ve been doing since my early 20s: writing, sharing, and telling my story and stories I’ve been a part of, to be able to relate this blog to anyone and everyone.
I hope my words help you find yours.
