Meditation & Journaling Online Circles

Since 2018, I have taught meditation and journaling classes on Insight Timer - a free mindfulness app available on iOS and Android.

Through the busyness of our modern world, making time for mindfulness practices and self-care can often be challenging.

These classes are meant to promote accessibility, regardless of where you are in the world; as well as a beginner-friendly approach, regardless of your experience level.

Each class incorporates:

  • A meditation practice, steeped in a body-scan approach to help us ground and anchor to the present moment;

  • Followed by a journaling prompt in alignment with the current seasonal, collective, and astrological energies;

  • Time is available at the end of each session for sharing and gathering with one another.

Classes are also free, removing the financial barrier that may prevent some students from participating.
